Board of Directors

The purpose of the CARDV Board of Directors is to oversee policy, finances, and direction of the organization, to promote CARDV in the community, to hire, advise and evaluate the ExecutiveDirector and to ensure its own organizational effectiveness in order to effectively support CARDV’s mission and address the needs of the organization.

The CARDV Board of Directors is comprised of fifteen (15) community members and two (2) student representatives. Board members serve three (3) year terms; student representatives serve one (1) year terms. Board members and student representatives may serve multiple terms. 

The CARDV Board of Directors meet on the second Tuesday of each Month. 

While the Board of Directors may not always have openings, they are always accepting applications. Applicants will be notified of Board vacancies.
